Civil engineering work The construction project includes civil engineering and outdoor facility work and is divided into two construction phases. In construction phase 1, the existing outdoor facilities will first be dismantled, the soil will be replaced and the terrain will be adapted. Furthermore, the Dismantling, relocation and re-laying of supply and disposal lines including associated structures is planned. An underground fire water cistern must also be constructed. Finally, the foundation base of the new building is prepared including preliminary terrain adjustments. In construction phase 2, the drainage and pipe work will continue. In addition, the measure includes the creation of traffic areas including on-board systems as well as the production of Social areas, a bicycle shelter and a garbage dump. The work will be carried out in two separate construction phases. In the first construction phase, the preparation, dismantling, earthworks, pipeline and foundation preparation work will be carried out. The civil engineering work will then be interrupted for up to six months due to the construction process for the construction of the building. The civil engineering and outdoor facility work will continue in the second construction phase shortly before the building is completed and essentially includes the construction of the traffic and open-air facilities as well as the completion of the pipeline and drainage work.
