The commissioning of the implementation of Rescue service services are provided to non-profit organizations or associations in accordance with Section 13 Paragraph 1 RettG NRW in conjunction with Section 107 Paragraph 1 No. 4 GWB through a public law contract as determined by the responsible authority. The selection decision is made at the responsible discretion of the responsible body in an administrative selection process according to transparent and objective criteria.
