Shell construction work The Johannesschule elementary school in Sundern (Grünewaldstr. 13, 59846 Sundern) would like to expand its open all-day offering and also restructure its existing structure. To expand the all-day offer, a 2 or 3-day A new storey building will be built between the gymnasium and the existing building. The previously covered open entrance area is converted into a foyer using a post-and-beam façade and the existing extension building is partially converted. The The existing extension building on the ground floor and upper floor is a 2-storey solid/StB frame building from 1982 and the 2nd floor was expanded using timber construction in 2007. The ground floor of the new building to be built contains the social wing for the gymnasium (equipment rooms, Teachers' rooms as well as the changing rooms, showers and toilets).
