The city of Eppingen intends to completely renovate and expand the kindergarten in Eppingen-Muehlbach. City of Eppingen - Awarding of specialist planning services for structural planning for the renovation and expansion of the Protestant kindergarten in Eppingen-Muehlbach The Evangelical Church Community Muehlbach runs a kindergarten in Eppingen-Muehlbach. Eigentuemer ist die Stadt Eppingen. The kindergarten is now too small and no longer meets the structural and functional requirements of a modern kindergarten. The Schwarz architectural office, Dipl.Ing. (FH) Suitor Architect Gunter Schwarz carried out a preliminary investigation with a view to a possible expansion and renovation or new construction of the kindergarten. This resulted in the fact that maintaining the existing kindergarten only makes partial sense. Against this background, a core renovation and an expansion of the existing building will take place. The Schwarz architectural firm has already provided property planning services for buildings and interiors up to and including service phase 5 (80%). The construction costs for this measure were estimated by the architectural office at around EUR 3.0 million net (KG 300 up to 400 according to DIN 276-1:2018-12).
