For the accompaniment of the Bad Homburg municipality v. d. Height is to be awarded as part of the funding program "Strong Heimat Hessen - Digital City and Infrastructure" support from external project management for the implementation of 3 sub -projects.
The project support of the sub -projects mentioned below has a maximum of May 30, 2027 to be done. The city of Bad Homburg v. d. Height to take advantage of the support from the contractor employed by the extent of around 220 personal and project days.
The entire project consists of three projects:
1. Digital twin of the city: a 3D model as Planning and visualization tool with VR functions for citizen information.
2. Smart Parking System: Supplement to the existing parking guidance system with a reimbursement system for retail and self-service for long-term parkers to reduce parking search traffic and support local business.
3. Dynamic information ads: real -time information about traffic, events and parking spaces at strategic points, including integration of a digital passenger information system.
