The Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction (hereinafter referred to as BMWSB), which was newly founded at the beginning of this legislative period, is currently not reachable by telephone for citizens and interested parties. A central telephone number of the Ministry for Citizens and...nd Citizen has not yet been set up.

The BMWSB is receiving an increasing number of inquiries from citizens - mostly by email or via the contact form on the website (https://www.bmwsb.bund.de/Webs/BMWSB /DE/service/kontakt/buergerkommunikation/buergerkommunikation-kontakt-node.html).

Therefore, an external service provider should be commissioned as soon as possible to answer a large part of the written inquiries and at the same time act as a central telephone contact point for citizens' inquiries in order to answer these questions as much as possiblehurry to answer.

Here, the service provider should perform all the necessary functions of a qualified 1st level (front end) and thus implement certain tasks to be carried out by the BMWSB and its divisional authorities.
