The Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (hereinafter shortly BMWSB), which was founded at the beginning of this legislative period, is currently not available for citizens and interested parties. A central telephone number of the Ministry for Citizens and citizens has not yet been established. The BMWSB receives an increasing number of inquiries from citizens? mostly by email or via the contact form on the website (https://www.bmwsb.bund.de/webs/bmwsb/de/service/buergergommunikation/buergergepramunikation-kontakt-node.html). Therefore, an external service provider should be commissioned at the next possible time, who takes over the answer to a large part of the written inquiries and at the same time acts as a central telephone contact point for citizen inquiries in order to largely answer these questions. Here, the service provider should perceive all the necessary functions of a qualified 1st level (frontend) and thus implement certain tasks to be fulfilled by the BMWSB and its business area authorities.
