As part of the order, the contractor must plan, deliver and put into operation a complete, functional, assembly and maintenance-friendly HiDE system that meets all requirements and is based on the current state of the art. The HiDE should be able to use the existing feed water tanks as well as other internal consumers when starting up the first boiler line after a complete system shutdown and when shutting down the last boiler line in an overall system shutdown to supply with auxiliary steam. For this purpose, auxiliary steam must be generated at a pressure of 4 barg and 175 °C. The thermal output of the HiDE is said to be 9.9 MWth. The scope of delivery essentially includes the following components: • 1 auxiliary steam generator with: - Complete pressure part piping of the system - Boiler safety technology and fittings - Burner with proof of suitability for natural gas - Superheater - Economiser - Boiler control and boiler protection - Feed water volume control - Automatic desalination control - Natural gas combustion system with burner and fitting station including gas control and counting module, filter, safety shut-off devices with leak control as well as combustion air blower with frequency converter - combustion air ducts - air preheater for preheating the combustion air at temperatures below 5°C - flue gas ducts - reciprocating system including ducts - warming device - exhaust flap - operating platform - insulation - sampling measurement with cooler - earth connection • chimney (height approx. 10 m) - Emission measuring points to comply with the 44th BImSchV - noise protection measures (if necessary, exhaust silencer) • Neutralization system for chimney condensates with container for neutralized RG{XE "RG" \t "flue gas"} condensates (with drain option) • Lightweight hall with - Preparation for the building application - Electric heating, if necessary - Lighting including safety lighting - Security technology (fire detection and voice alarm) - Rainwater draina...
