In July 2006, the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Raw Materials (BGR) signed a contract for the exploration of manganese nollections in the northeastern Pacific with the International Sea Board Authority (IMB) and has since been running in its license area in the Clarion Clipperon Broken Zone (CCZ)Resource estimates as well as Baseline and Impact environmental investigations.
