Conventional gas meter replacement cycle Regular replacement of gas meters under the conditions in accordance with the service description (see appendices). The order is divided into several lots. Offers can be made for one lot, several lots or all lots become. The client makes use of the option under Section 27 Paragraph 1 SektVO and limits the number of lots for which a single bidder can be awarded the contract. A bidder can win a maximum of one lot. The rating of the Offers are made in batches based on the award criteria stated in the tender documents. If the lot-by-lot evaluation shows that a bidder has submitted the most economical offer in several lots, the contract will be awarded taking into account the the aforementioned award restriction according to objective and non-discriminatory allocation rules. Afterwards, the bidder in question is generally awarded the contract for the lot in which the distance between his offer and the next valid offer is on is largest. The decisive factor is the distance in rating points; In the case of pure price evaluation, the absolute price difference is decisive. In the other lots in which this bidder also comes first, the next eligible bidder will move forward provided that their offer meets the requirements of the tender documents and there is no reason for exclusion. If there is a tie when applying the allocation rules, the ones specified in the tender documents apply.
