Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Chancery Road and Security Barriers.

In order to register for the site visit, send an email with the company name and the name of the person/s who will attend the visit to kinshasabid@state.gov before September 16, 2019 at 16:00 Kinshasa time.

The Contractor shall perform the following:
1. Removal of 24 concrete barricades: There are 24 concrete filled, metal clad barricades.
Bollard specifications to be provided at the site visit.
2. Replace or reconditioning of the top layer of asphalt according to industry standards for
roads and sub-surface at the location of the barricade removal.
3. The asphalt has to meet standards for vehicle traffic by regular passenger vehicles, fully
armored vehicles and delivery trucks.
4. The street is to be made level with the existing street surface.
5. The contractor shall demolishing an existing driveway and install a new driveway
entrance ramp
6. There is approximately 120 meters of road to resurface with asphalt according to
industry standards for roads.
7. The contactor should take in to consideration all storm drains, to avoid creating
any flooding issues.
8. The contractor shall pour two platforms for pre-fabricated guard booths,
approximately 6.5 feet x 10.5 feet.
9. The contractor shall install two government furnished pre-fabricated guard booths.

10. The contractor shall be responsible for permits, licenses and authorizations from
local authorities as appropriate for the road and drain work.
