The objective of this procurement is to award Framework Agreements to up to 5 successful tenderers for the provision of IT consultancy services related to content management for the EIB Group, in particular in the following domains: -development, maintenance and support of a Microsoft365, Microsoft SharePoint and .Net platform. -development, maintenance and support of the EIB Group-s Document Management System based on (but not limited to) OpenText Content Management (Extended ECM). -development, maintenance and support of custom-built web content management solutions, in platforms different to M365 (mainly based on, but not limited to .NET and PHP/Drupal frameworks). -development, maintenance and support of the EIB Group-s Enterprise Search solutions. -development, maintenance and support of other IT platforms, solutions and tools that may be used by the EIB during the term of the Framework Agreement for the purposes of content management.
