Lot 301 Shell Centralization of nuclear medicine in house 3 - lot 301 shell With the project “Centralization of Nuclear Medicine in House 3 of the Leipzig University Hospital”, the UKL is planning to build a new extension building with a ward, outpatient clinic and... Diagnostic areas and a radiochemistry laboratory on approx. 1150 m² NUF. The construction of the shell for the above-mentioned Project includes the following services: -approx. 4110 m3 of in-situ concrete; -approx. 13500 m2 of formwork; -approx. 650 t of reinforcing steel bars; -approx. 1700 m2 prefabricated solid wall panels; -approx. 3600 m2 insulation layers XPS 140/160 mm; -approx. 4760 m2 waterproofing with bitumen membranes and PMBC; -approx. 1150 m3 work space filled with delivery floor; -approx. 310 m2 of masonry; -approx. 150 m underground pipes; -approx. 1600 m lightning protection grounding conductor.
