Goethe Institutes at home and abroad as well as institutional and private recipients are supplied centrally with various materials (especially print media, CDs, DVDs, promotional items, exhibition material, etc.). This tender is aimed at warehouse and logistics service providers (LDL), which the taskstake over the professional storage and dispatch of the materials to recipients worldwide for the Goethe Institute. The award is divided into two lots: Lot 1, the central warehouse must be operated by a service provider with experience in storing materials and worldwide export experiencebecome. The performance includes the following in particular: - Input processing and control - professional storage of the materials - picking - Creating goods accompaniment according to the specifications of the Goethe Institute - Provision of the shipping material (box/filling material/KUVERTSetc.) - Preparation for shipping after specification - loading and shipping of the shipments or transfer to certain carriers - inventory management in an ERP system - provision of information via the order status via IT -supported warehouse and order system - Ensuring information safetyIn the case of materials confidential content of the LDL for the central warehouse, a warehouse and order software provides for the control of the processes by the Goethe Institute.
