Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is a framework agreement for the delivery of the hardware and/or software described below as well as associated services:

1. Delivery of software licenses according to EVB-IT Type B, as well as (if necessary) hardware according to EVB-IT purchase to realize a scalable and multi-client video conferencing solution for at least 400 parallel participants, 40 active parallel conferences and the possibility of connecting around 360 existing room systems.

▪The solution delivered must be multi-client capable of Dataport in its own data center, taking into account the Recommendations of the BSI-Grundschutz for increased protection requirements can be installed and operated in the client's data center (on premises).

▪Since the solution offered is to be operated in a complex network zone architecture, an application layer gateway (ALG) or one must be installed for each network zone change equivalent, BSI-compliant alternative with a proven protection profile can be supplied.

▪The software licenses must be provided for a regular fee (rent) in accordance with "EVB-IT Transfer Type B".

▪If hardware is part of the solution offered, it will be purchased for a one-off fee in accordance with "EVB IT purchase". Payment (purchase) delivered.

If the solution offered does not include any hardware, the "EVB IT purchase" contract is not relevant.
