Gas, water and drainage systems Center Francais de Berlin: gas, water and drainage systems Wastewater disposal: Drainage within the building takes place via underground, collecting and downpipes as well as the necessary ventilation and Bypass lines made of sound-insulated dB20 pipe according to DIN EN 12056 and DIN 1986-100. In the main building, the wastewater is collected floor by floor via downpipes, collected below the ceilings on the ground floor or first floor and transported via the shortest route external underground pipe routed to the house connection. Existing floor drains in the heating center and in the hot water preparation room are checked and repaired. Particular attention is paid to the intermediate building (kitchen), where the system is due to previous Accidents are comprehensively technically checked and rehabilitated. The connection lines in the sanitary rooms are made of PE-HT and combined as a pre-wall installation. Fire protection when penetrating fire compartments is provided by pipe seals the corresponding fire resistance classes according to DIN 4102-11 as well as through fire protection encapsulation in suspended ceilings. Drinking water installation The entire drinking water system will be reinstalled up to the house connection. The execution takes place according to the European basic standards (DIN EN 806-1 to 5, DIN EN 1717) and the national supplementary standards (DIN 1988-100 to 600).
