The Garmisch-Partenkirchen campus (https://www.campus-gapa.de) is a joint project in which the partners LongLeif, Caritas Association for Munich and Upper Bavaria and the Technical University of Munich (TUM) develop new multidisciplinary concepts and technologies for research humane, individual care and self-determined living in old age. Age-appropriate housing options and a wide range of care services as well as the network for training and further education offer an ideal environment for this. Be awarded In this process, the general planning services for the new building of the “care center” sub-project as the second construction phase of the above-mentioned Garmisch-Partenkirchen campus. The client is LongLeif GaPa gGmbH (100% subsidiary of the market town Garmisch-Partenkirchen), the later user is the Caritas Association of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising e.V.. The client reserves the right to award the building ownership to an investor who will realize the building and lease it to the user. The Awarding (proportion of construction work) is part of the contractor's services from this procedure. A building is to be planned and constructed with a tiered range of care, inpatient care (64 places), day care (20 places), assisted living (54 places) and social station. Also included are supply and disposal areas, rooms that can be shared by the household, such as a cafe, chapel, multifunctional rooms, as well as sublet units, such as geriatronics test apartments and optionally Hairdresser, fitness, rehabilitation sports or similar (NUF total approx. 6, 700 m² without underground car park, building site approx. 7, 000 m²).
