Siverstorpstrasse 5-19 Kurt Schumacher Dam 202 The State Office for Refugee Affairs intends to outsource the catering services for the refugee accommodation at Siverstorpstraße 5-19 in 13125 Berlin and Kurt-Schumacher-Damm 202 in 13405 Berlin. The Services represent services within the meaning of Section 3 of the VgV. The award procedure is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Part Four of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV), in each case carried out in the version valid at the time the above-mentioned EU announcement was sent. The service provider is responsible for providing food for the people assigned to the accommodation.
