Catering services with operation Distribution kitchen
The LMU Clinic has rented a central distribution and dishwashing kitchen in 82205 Gilching for the long term as a food distribution and delivery center (SVZ) in order to ensure the long-term supply of patient meals and employee lunches.
A contractor is expected who operates the SVZ independently and the delivery services, including all the necessary upstream processes, taking into account all qualitative and quantitative special features, consistently, with the necessary hygienic care and in the high quality desired by the LMU Clinic economically achieved.
