(in accordance with OPZ) Description of the proceedings: PKPLinia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość invites you to submit a price offer for the provision of the catering service mentioned in the content of the procedure, in accordance with the description included in the subject of the order (Appendix - OPZ). When submitting the offer, the contractor is obliged to present a menu along with the offer. Conditions of procedure regarding the offer and execution of the order: 1. Place services: PKP LHS sp. z o. o., ul. Szczebrzeska 11, 22-400 Zamość from 12.00 to 14.002. The offer includes the net price of the catering service, including remuneration for the service for 90 people for PKP LiniaHutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in accordance with the content indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex OPZ.3. Payment within 14 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Contractors may set a longer payment deadline in their offer, up to 30 days. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the procedure without giving a reason. 5. Order template specifying detailed conditions cooperation, Description of the subject of the order and the Declaration are included in the Attachments tab. 6.
