Lots: Services for refilling cartridges - Requirements for the service: Refilling cartridges: - refilling cartridges (includes the cost of services for disassembling the cartridge, cleaning the cartridge from toner residues) consists of disassembling the cartridge; - cleaning the bunker from waste toner; - cleaning the charge roller and magnetic roller from paper dust and toner residues; - cleaning the gears, filling with new toner powder; - cartridge assembly; - checking the integrity of electrical contacts; - upon delivery of refilled cartridges The contractor attaches to each cartridge a test page printed from this cartridge, confirming the quality of the refill. The supplier must replace resource spare parts, i.e. the resource of which depends on the volume of copying or printing, which includes: - replacement of all internal parts of the cartridge. - cleaning and polishing blades, rollers; - replacement of the magnetic shaft; - replacement of magnetic shaft bearings; - replacement of felt seals; - replacement of drums, blades and rollers; - filling with toner. - repair, diagnostics of office equipment - replacement of spare parts of office equipment. At the same time, the toner used for refilling: - must ensure consistently high print quality, - must provide increased clarity of black text and a smooth transition of shades gray halftone, guarantee consistent accuracy, quality and reliability of high-performance printing. - when replacing spare parts for cartridges and office equipment, use high-quality spare parts and consumables...
