At the Customer-s request, the Supplier-s specialist arrives at the Customer-s office no later than one business day from the date of application and picks up the cartridges for refilling. After refilling cartridges delivers them back to the Customer-s location. Refilling cartridges should be carried out in the shortest possible time, but no more than 1 (one) working day.
