Lots: Work in the field of architecture related to projects of non-residential buildings/structures/premises - Conducting geodetic and geotechnical surveys to carry out work on the improvement of the territory of the institution In order to ensure high-quality design and implementation of the planned works on the improvement of the territory of the institution, it is necessary to conduct geodetic and geotechnical surveys, study the actual state of the territory, perform the necessary measuring and research work, as well as develop appropriate materials and final documents based on the results of the research. Before the start of work, the Contractor is obliged to carry out a visit of specialists to the site, conduct a survey of the actual state of the territory being improved, perform the necessary geodetic measurements, determine the planned and altitude position of the territory, study the terrain, and also determine and evaluate the engineering and geological conditions of the site. Draft designs must comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure the safety, accessibility, functionality of objects and the possibility of further development of design and estimate documentation.
