Specifically, this will involve: - Describe and describe the interventions that were carried out by the projects and programs concerned with the populations; - Collect the perception of beneficiaries regarding the effects and sustainability of project and program interventions on their living conditions; - Appreciate the involvement of local communities in the implementation of project and program actions; - Identify the main factors external and internal to the project which promote or hinder the achievement of the impact and sustainability of the interventions; - Appreciate the relevance of projects and programs in view of the current context of decentralization and development priorities of Cameroon; - Identify good practices noted by populations and highlight the main lessons learned in order to improve the implementation of future projects; - Make recommendations to the “Minister of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development as well as to the person responsible...
