Carrying out a diagnostic study of the decent work deficit in the corn and cassava sectors in the project intervention areas Support for the effectiveness of decent work in the value chains of the corn and cassava sectors in CAR Dear bidders, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the tasks to be accomplished: The consultant will be responsible for conducting a rapid diagnostic study of the decent work deficit in the maize and cassava value chains in the Central African Republic, particularly in the areas targeted by the project. As such, he/she will have to design the methodology and tools for collection, conduct the diagnostic study and analyze decent work deficits as well as the risks of child labor in the maize and cassava value chains. He/she will also have to map the existing actors and mechanisms, propose operational prevention and remediation measures, formulate priority recommendations, present the results during the restitution workshop organized by the ILO and submit the preliminary and final reports of the study.
