The property is located approximately 6 km west of the city center of Göttingen. In the east the property borders on Diedershäuser Straße and in the north on Harrenacker Street. An access road to the neighboring sports field demarcates the school property to the west. The entire school property has a strong topographical character: the terrain rises from the north-eastern corner of the property to the south-west by around 10 m and from the main entrance to the extension building by around 3.50 m.
