Description : CARBON POTENTIAL CONTROL SYSTEM Required for: a) Gas Fired Sealed Quench Furnace, qty. 02 Units (complete) b) Gas Fired Endo Gas Generator, qty. 01 Unit (complete) 1) Specification of Sealed Quench Furnace (Single Zone) Maximum Temperature 1000 (Degree Centigrade) Job Loading Capacity 500Kg Carburizing Depth 0.4-2.0 mm Carbon Potential CP1(0.9-1%) Dew Point (+/-) 5 (Degree Centigrade) 2) Specification of Endo Gas Generator Maximum Temperature 1060-1080 (Degree Centigrade) Output Flow Rate 110-120 Cubic / Hr CH4 Pressure 760 mm Hg at 20 (Degree Centigrade) CH4 Flow Rate 90-100 Cubic ft / Hr Air Pressure 760 mm HG at 20 (Degree Centigrade) Complete systems with installation & commissioning on turn key basis may be quoted. Kindly indicate the following separately: (a) FOB unit Price and Total Value. (b) Estimated Air / Sea fright charges. (c) Country of Origin. (d) Minimum delivery period. (e) Port of shipment. (f) Gross weight of consignment. (g) Validity of offer (at least 60 days from due date). (h) Payment will be made through an irrevocable Letter of Credit for the total FOB value of the order. All bank charges outside Pakistan including L/C confirmation / disbursing charges will be to Sellers / Beneficiary account. (i) Shipment will be made through Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) vassal on freight pay basis. (j) Successful bidder shall be required to furnish Performance Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee acceptable to PMTF for 10% of the total FOB order value from a schedule Bank in Pakistan after placement of order.
