Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of automotive gasoline in quantities of 1, 500, 000 kg, including basic quantities: 1, 000, 000 kg and an optional quantity of 500, 000 kg. 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the remaining tender documentation, which will be posted on the website of the ongoing procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The option right means that the Ordering Party will definitely buy the basic quantity. The Ordering Party intends to exercise the option right to an extent not greater than that indicated in § 2 section 1 point 2 of the contract template. The Ordering Party will present the final quantity that it will use under the option right within 30 days at the latest calendar days from the date of signing the contract along with the revised delivery plan. If the Ordering Party fails to comply with the above-mentioned deadline, the Contractor must give written consent to deliver deliveries under the option. The optional value of a contract is a value maximum, and its failure (in whole or in part) cannot constitute grounds for the Contractor to pursue any claims in this respect.
