Scope of the offer The mission will cover two main areas of intervention: 1-Analyze the national directives relating to the Complaints Management Mechanism (GMP) as designed in the ICCN MGP Standard Guide: Carry out an in-depth review of the existing national guidelines on PMM, with particular attention to their applicability in the different contexts of conservation and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples across the country. Identify gaps, overlaps and inconsistencies with international human rights standards, as well as the Human Rights Due Diligence Policy (HRDDP). Propose, if necessary, a revised framework adapted to the national context, integrating the lessons learned from the experience of the Kahuzi-Biega National Park as well as other protected areas in the DRC. This framework should aim to strengthen the inclusiveness, accountability and effectiveness of complaints management mechanisms, both at the nationally and at the level of protected sites. Propose an operational guide to strengthen consideration of the principle of rights-based conservation2- Analyze and design a mechanism or fund to support victims:
