Description : Development of Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme Capital Development Authority (The ?Cda?) is Desirous of Planning, Developing and Establishing a Residential Housing Scheme Project, in Kurri Enclave, Located in Zone Iv, of Islamabad (The ?Project?), in Accordance with the Master Plan of Islamabad, as Well as Provisions of Cda Ordinance 1960 and Rules / Regulations Made Thereunder. the Project is Planned to be Developed on an Area of Approximately Ten Thousand (10, 000) Kanals, on Joint Venture Basis. in Pursuit Thereof, through the Instant Advertisement, Cda Invites Expression of Interest (Eol) from Reputable and Renowned Real Estate Developers, Entities and Institutions, Either Individually, or Collectively as a Consortium or a Joint Venture, for the Development and Execution of the Project ? a State-Of-The Art Residential Complex/Community, Comprising of Residential and Commercial Units/Plots (Horizontal as Well as Vertical), Along with all Facilities and Amenities Connected Therewith or Ancillary Thereto, Including, Inter Alia, Apartment(S), Hotel(S), Club(S), Office(S), Institute(S), Amenities, Park(S), Sports Facilities, Educational Institutes, Healthcare Facilities, Recreational Facilities, and other Purpose Built Development to Provide Quality Living to the Residents Thereof.
