The planned construction project Campus DOK is a comprehensive renovation and new construction project for the campus of the Helmut Schmidt University of the Bundeswehr (HSU) on the site of the Douaumont barracks (DOK) in Hamburg. The property has a size of approx. 261, 000 m2, the Property development area of the specific project comprises around 205, 000 m2. As part of the project, approx. 30, 000 m2 of gross floor area is to be renovated and approx. 70, 000 m2 GABGF plus 33, 000 m2 mobility hub. According to current estimates, the construction volume amounts to around EUR 1 billion. As Project processing model was selected "Integrated Project Protection" (IPA). In this model, the framework conditions (culture, organization, economy and methods) are designed in such a way that they are working on the cooperation between the project participants for the achievement of the client's project goals promote as best as possible. The core of the IPA model is a uniform key partners between the client and the relevant alliance contract (multi-party contract).
