Tenders are invited for Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority for an Automotive Insurance Policy for the 2021 2022 and 2023 Financial Years

Consistency of services:
The coverage expected under this policy is structured around:
Third Party Fire Liability and Recourse;
IPT / IAC: Individual Accident Persons Transported / Individual Accident Driver or driver protection;
Defense recourse or legal aid;
Accident damage;
Broken glass ;
Total Theft, Partial Theft, Brigandage;
Robbery ;
Fire and Explosions.
Repair assistance
NB :
a) Cover for the "accidental damage" risk only concerns rolling stock that is new or less than 5 years old, the rest will only benefit from the guarantees indicated below:
Civil liability and Third Party Fire Recourse;
Individual Accident Transported Persons (IPT), at the rate of one million (1, 000, 000) FCFA per head in the event of death; one million (1, 000, 000) FCFA per capita in case of disability and one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA per capita for medical and pharmaceutical costs.
b) As regards motorcycles, they will be covered in:
Civil liability;
Defense and recourse and
Individual Driver Accident or driver protection;
c) Deductibles:
The deductibles applicable within the framework of this project are as follows:
- Civil Liability / Third Party Fire Recourse: No deductible
- IPT / IAC: No deductible
- Defense Recourse or Legal Assistance: No deductible
- Accident damage: 10% min 100, 000 F CFA
- Repair assistance: 10% min 50, 000 F CFA
- Glass breakage: 10% replacement value and min 15, 000 CFA
- Total theft, Partial theft, Brigandage: 10% of the incident and at least 75, 000 FCFA
- Robbery: 10% of the incident and at least 75, 000 FCFA
- Fire of the insured vehicle: 10% of the incident and at least 75, 000 FCFA

Tender payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA francs, to account no. 33598860001 94 entitled CAS-ARMP domiciled in all BICEC branches. The copy of the said receipt will be deposited instead of the withdrawal from the Bidding Document and will bear the contact details of the tenderer.

Each bidder must attach to his bid, a bid bond of two million (2, 000, 000) CFA Francs, issued by a Financial institution approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance (Cf. Exhibit 10 of this DAO), d a period of validity of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of submission of tenders.
