This call for proposal was initiated to supplement the actions of the fund for stabilization in order to promote the implementation of local peace and cross -border initiatives led by Civil Society Organizations (OSC) 1 local and basic community organizations (OCB) 2, in accordance with the priorities defined in the Stabilization Action Plans. will support the capacity of these local OSCs and the OCBs to conceive and implement peacebuilding projects, taking into account realities and needs within the communities targeted by the fund for the stabilization of the region of the Chad Lake Basin.
