BackGround: The Spotlight Initiative (SI) Programme is a joint initiative of the United Nations system and the European Union in partnership with the Government and civil society of Liberia to contribute to the elimination of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), harmful practices (HPs) and obstacles to access to sexual and reproductive health rights.EU/UN Spotlight Initiative, The Government of Liberia/United Nations Joint Programming Initiative to Prevent and Respond to Sexual and Gender Based Violence and Harmful Traditional Practices (HTP) in Liberia.UN WOMEN plans to engage Responsible Party (Implementing Partners/Responsible Party) as defined in accordance with these documents. UN WOMEN now invites sealed proposals fromqualified proponents for providing the requirements as defined in the UNWOMEN Terms of Reference.
