The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the implementation of Integrated Emergency Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (Wash) and Response and Prevention of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) with support from the USAID, for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.IOM now invites Implementing Partners to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: operation and maintenance of SWATs, Hygiene promotion, borehole rehabilitation while mainstreaming GBV in WASH. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).The Service Provider/ Consulting Firm/Implementing Partners will be selected under a Quality Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. The RFP includes the following documents:Section I. Instructions to Implementing Partners Section II. Technical Proposal Standard Forms Section III. Financial Proposal Standard Forms Section IV. Terms of ReferenceSection V. Standard Form of ContractThe Proposals must be delivered by hand to IOM with office address at Juba, New Industrial Area Northern Bari, Juba South Sudan, or to email address: iomssprocurement@iom.int on or before: 30th Nov, 2018.
