Call for external collaborators - Evaluation of learning costs and strengthening of dialogue between government agencies and social partners for the identification of sustainable and diversified financing mechanisms Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work: The consultant will conduct an in-depth assessment of the costs of apprenticeships in Senegal — formal and non-formal — by mapping the system, analyzing expenses incurred by training centers, businesses and households, and evaluating existing financing mechanisms. He/she will also examine the governance of the sector and the constraints on dialogue between actors. On this basis, he/she will formulate operational recommendations, including cost sharing scenarios and avenues for diversifying and sustaining financing, as part of a process participatory involving national stakeholders.
