Call for external collaborators - Evaluation of learning costs and strengthening of dialogue between government agencies and social partners for the identification of sustainable and diversified financing mechanisms, Finance Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work: The consultant will conduct an in-depth analysis of the costs of renovated apprenticeship in Senegal starting from at least 5 among the 8 promising professions identified by the Apprenticeship Directorate, by mapping the actors and mechanisms of the system, by analyzing the costs borne by the different actors as well as by evaluating existing financing mechanisms. He/she will also examine the governance and methods of coordination of actors, as well as the constraints on dialogue between stakeholders. On this basis, he/she will formulate operational recommendations, including sustainable and diversified financing scenarios as well as a roadmap to support the implementation of reforms, as part of a participatory process involving the main stakeholders national.
