Below is a summary of the work: The consultant will conduct an in-depth assessment of the costs of apprenticeships in Senegal — formal and non-formal — by mapping the system, analyzing expenses incurred by training centers, businesses and households, and evaluating existing financing mechanisms. He/she will also examine the governance of the sector and the constraints on dialogue between actors. On this basis, he/she will formulate operational recommendations, including cost sharing scenarios and avenues for diversifying and sustaining financing, as part of a process participatory process involving national stakeholders.
