• Design Training Agenda: Develop a two-day agenda for three workshops (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi) based on the ILO Fair Recruitment Toolkit and General Principles.• Develop Training Materials: Prepare presentations, handouts, facilitator guides, exercises, case studies, and assessment tools tailored to the Pakistani context.• Deliver Training Workshops: Facilitate three interactive two-day sessions using participatory methods, role-plays, and group exercises.• Assess and Evaluate Learning: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and gather participant feedback to measure knowledge gains.• Reporting and Documentation: Submit a final report summarizing trainings, lessons learned, participant engagement, and recommendations, along with all materials in editable format.
