Dear bidder, The International Labor Organization (ILO) seeks to hire an external consultant to provide specialized technical assistance aimed at strengthening coordination, governance and institutional articulation mechanisms for the implementation of the MAIA tool (Mentoring Assisted by Artificial Intelligence) in Brazil. The consultancy will be carried out within the scope of the Formalization Strategy for Latin America and the Caribbean (FORLAC 2.0) and technical cooperation initiatives promoted by the ILO to support the transition to the formal economy through solutions innovations that contribute to increased productivity and improved working conditions. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical assistance for the implementation of MAIA in Brazil, strengthening institutional coordination, coordination of actors and knowledge management in indicated territories (Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo), in the coffee value chain. Furthermore, the consultancy will support the design and operationalization of institutional coordination mechanisms, monitoring the implementation of the initiative, the systematization of learning and the formulation of recommendations for its sustainability, institutionalization and eventual scale-up.
