Call for External Collaborator-Recruitment of an International Consultant Specialist/Adaptation and implementation of the ILO TREE methodology in the intervention area of the DRC-Angola Transnational Economic Corridor Construction project The A specialist TREE consultant will support the implementation of the TREE methodology in the DRC-Angola economic corridor project (Kananga-Kabeya Kamuanga section), in coordination with the project team and local partners. He/she will conduct a diagnosis initial, will identify key stakeholders in the three focal areas (Kananga, Mukamba, Kabeya-Kamuanga) and develop an adapted action plan. The consultant will strengthen the capacities of the National TREE Committee, lead a national workshop by training the new members to the TREE methodology, and will propose a national action plan for the progressive deployment of TREE. At the local level, he/she will carry out participatory diagnostics on skills and trade needs, adapt the TREE methodology in priority sectors, will train and coach local actors, will support the development of community action plans and will facilitate the implementation of income-generating activities. He/she will capitalize on the results, produce guides and reports, and will ensure knowledge transfer to ensure the sustainability and replication of the TREE approach.
