It will contribute to the framing and coordination of the process, to the realization of the national diagnosis of employment, the labor market and skills, to the analysis of mismatches between the supply and demand of skills, as well as to the formulation of the vision, strategic orientations, axes, objectives and results of the PNE. It will also support the development of the governance, financing and monitoring-evaluation framework, the preparation of the PAO, as well as the organization of technical and validation consultations and workshops.
