The International Labor Office is looking for an external collaborator to provide training on animation and facilitation techniques in rural areas for agricultural support executives. The main tasks to be carried out as part of this mission are as follows: - Hold scoping and follow-up meetings with the ILO in order to confirm the objectives, the profile of the participants, their needs, the expected results, the timetable, the methods of implementation and validation of the content; - Develop a detailed educational methodology and a training agenda covering two (2) days; - Develop and/or adapt the presentations, practical sheets, exercises, case studies, observation grids and tools intended for participants ;- Prepare a simple system for evaluating acquired knowledge before and after training as well as a satisfaction evaluation;- Conduct two (2) days of training, favoring a ...
