Call for external collaborator - Team leader to conduct the independent mid-term evaluation of the partnership project between the ILO and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty/DEFIS Program in Madagascar Dear Bidders, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a team leader to lead the independent mid-term evaluation of the partnership project between the ILO and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty /DEFIS program in Madagascar. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: • Preparatory meeting with the ILO, including remote interviews with staff and documentary review; • Produce the evaluation start-up report, including, but not only the methodology, data collection and analysis tools, evaluation timeline; • Ensure data collection, both remotely and in person; • Prepare and present preliminary results from the data collection during the stakeholder workshop; • Ensure the analysis of the collected data; • Prepare the interim report of the evaluation; • Produce the final report and the executive summary of the evaluation.
