Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: A. Before the ForumUnder the supervision of the ILO Office and in collaboration with the Technical Committee, the consultant will :• Participate in Technical Committee meetings;• Revise and harmonize preparatory documents;• Produce the first versions of strategic documents;• Develop outlines for group work;• Prepare report models and summary sheets;• Contribute to the preparation of the Regional political declaration; • Contribute to the preparation of the regional road map; • Ensure the coherence of all Forum documents.B. During the ForumThe consultant will: • Participate in the daily meetings of the Technical Committee; • Provide technical support to the facilitators and rapporteurs; • Consolidate the productions of the working groups; • Prepare successive versions of the documents submitted for validation; • Ensure quality control of the deliverables; • Integrate the amendments and observations made by the participants; • Support the Editorial Committee in the finalization documents.C.
