Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: 1. Design a training program adapted to the needs of SSOs allowing them to manage adaptive digital strategies in the face of developments in AI and to optimize value creation through innovative technological solutions. Thus, the program will take into account the following points in particular: a. Introduce the key concepts of innovative digital strategies b. Allow participants to master generative AI tools c. Allow participants to direct startups towards impact-generating AI tools d. Anticipate the ethical and legal issues linked to AI e. Develop participants' skills through practical exercises2.Measure progress through pre- and post-training tests3.Document results, learnings and recommendations
