Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultants will be responsible for: Knowledge production • Produce 8 thematic notes each, or 16 in total for the 2 consultants.• Analyze the national and regional situation in the 6 countries on the assigned themes.• Compile and analyze data from national documents, ILO studies, external sources.• Ensure a systematic documentary review for each note.• Write summaries, technical sheets and strategic briefs.Contribution to resource mobilization• Support the drafting of concept notes, sectoral positioning sheets and opportunity notes.• Identify donors relevant according to the themes.• Contribute to updating the donor mapping.
