Below is a summary of the tasks to be accomplished: [The International Labor Office is recruiting a national consultant responsible for supporting the Government of Mali in the process of developing the new National Employment Policy (PNE) and its Operational Action Plan. Under the supervision of the Ministry of Employment and the ILO, the consultant will ensure the technical coordination of the process, will carry out the evaluation of the old PNE, will develop a national diagnosis of employment and the labor market, will contribute to the formulation of the new policy and its action plan, and will support the organization of consultations and validation workshops.
