The consultant will conduct an analysis of the national context, develop training modules integrating the principles of sustainable tourism, circular economy and plastics management, and will lead face-to-face training in Antananarivo for the benefit of twenty participants. The mission also includes the production of contextualized educational materials as well as the writing of a final report including the assessment of acquired knowledge and recommendations for scaling up practices. Please note that if travel is necessary for this mission, travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
