The assignment will support organizations delivering employment services to refugees and host communities to strengthen service delivery practices, coordination and operational effectiveness.Working closely with the international thematic expert and the ILO, the consultant will support participant coordination and engagement throughout the Bootcamp cycle, including follow-up on diagnostics and surveys, scheduling technical sessions, supporting workshop implementation and coordinating post-Bootcamp follow-up activities.
